Rates (prices may change without prior notice)

4 persons @ R1500 per person is required to justify a flight.
If you book less than 4 passengers in your party, there may be others onboard who are not in your group.
If you want an exclusive flight you have to be prepared to pay a premium.
We guarantee you and your guests will be the only passengers onboard, along with your pilot of course.
Private flights will require a minimum of 4 adults or R6000-00.
On bookings of 6 adults we will give a discount off 7%.
Please enquire for special group rates and venues.
Up to 2 children under 12 years per flight qualify for a 30% discount.
Non-flyers accompanying passengers: R100 (Refreshments, transport in retrieve vehicle & breakfast included)
The above rates include Vat at the current rate of 14%.
The full fee is required to secure all bookings. Banking details will be supplied on request.

Passenger Transfers
|
Transfers can be arranged, depending on the number of people and the location of the pick up point and launch site. Please enquire for rates.

Cancelled flights
|
Safety is our first consideration and we will not fly if conditions are unsuitable. If the flight is cancelled because of bad weather, you can transfer your booking to another day, or even another area.
If you choose not to reschedule, you will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee to cover our expenses.

Can I change my booking?
|
Yes, we realize that your circumstances may change, however we will require some reasonable notice prior to the flying day.
We can then reschedule your flight. If the passenger or the agent cancels the trip, the deposit is forfeited.
By confirming your booking, your are agreeing to these policies and charges.

Stand-by list
|
We also operate a "standby-list" where we contact you usually 2-3 days in advance - and offer you a flight at a reduced rate.
