Weekday morning flights are the cheaper option for those on a budget. The flight entitles you to the same high standard as the other two packages, with the only exception being that these flights take place on a weekday (Monday to Friday) only.

Weekend morning flights are a bit more expensive due to the demand on weekends and limited space. This is for those of us who work during the week and want to fly on the weekend.

An early rise

Be prepared to rise early but we will await you with a steaming cup of coffee and home baked rusks.

During summer time we launch around 5:00 and in winter around 6:00.

While enjoying your coffee you can watch the whole balloon being assembled and inflated.

The pilot will do a passenger briefing just before take-off.

Group Bookings are specifically tailored around groups of friends or company’s that want to give their staff something special ie Year end function and Teambuilding days.

VIP Flights

VIP flights include lots of extras that make it just that bit difficult with the main difference being that it is only for two passengers in a basket. Exclusive and ideal for that special occasion, for example, marriage proposals. Whatever the occasion its just the two of you.

Passenger Transfers
Transfers can be arranged, depending on the number of people and the location of the pick up point and launch site. Please enquire for rates.

Cancelled flights

Safety is our first consideration and we will not fly if conditions are unsuitable. If the flight is cancelled because of bad weather, you can transfer your booking to another day, or even another area. If you choose not to reschedule, you will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee to cover our expenses.

Can I change my booking?
Yes, we realize that your circumstances may change, however we will require some reasonable notice prior to the flying day. We can then reschedule your flight. If the passenger or the agent cancels the trip, the deposit is forfeited. By confirming your booking, you are agreeing to these policies and charges.

Stand-by list
We also operate a “standby-list” where we contact you usually 2-3 days in advance – and offer you a flight at a reduced rate. Contact us if you want your name in our database.

Do you fly all year long?
Normally we schedule flights every day of the week. During the rainy season, we fly on a standby basis dependant on suitable weather patterns. Early mornings and evenings are best. Then the air is generally stable, surface wind light and the visibility clear.

What if the weather is bad and the flight is postponed?
We believe its better to be on the ground “wishing that you were flying, than flying and wishing you had stayed on the ground”. The pilot is the final one who can make the decision to fly or not. We always make the call from the launch site, as the weather there might be different from what it look like from your bedside. If the weather is not suitable for ballooning on the day that you are booked, we will let you know as early as possible, and ask you to re-schedule your flight to a later date.
